June 12, 2014

June 12, 2014~
So, this is a new journal. I filled my last one with ravings an’ rantings about beer, girls, guns, an’ cars. An’ while I can’t guarantee less of the beer, guns, an’ cars, I can promise less swearin’… an’ maybe less about girls… we’ll see about that one.
So anyways, new journal…. crappy New Year’s resolutions about cleaner journals…. Oh yeah, I moved to New York. Did I tell you that before? I don’t think so, but if I did, sorry, get over it. I might repeat some stuff I put in my last journal, not ‘cause (as Scarlet might tell you) I let the beer get to my head, but ‘cause I don’t give enough of a damn to remember. Besides, you have to either be stone drunk or in a mental ward to read my journals anyways, right? Right.
So, I moved to New York. I haven’t been here in awhile. I wonder if the body of that SOB that shot Kay is still in the dumpster…. Nah, they empty those things like weekly… I think. Did I tell you about Kay? I met him in Portland when I was like 5 or something. He was a big black Lab with a bad eye, an’ I tell yah, that dog stuck with me like no one else ever has. Except maybe Josh….
But yeah, we moved to New York when I was about 9, an’ a guy who was a member of the “Tats”, the gang-at-large at the time, shot Kay for the hell of it. I shot him back an’ left him in a dumpster off Times Square. I was on the run for about a week or two, then I met Josh Taske an’ he an’ his family took me in an’ raised me. I didn’t find out until later on that Josh’s family was the biggest thing in the crime world since Capone or the Mafia. I think Josh said once his family was like kissin’ cousins with the Russian Mafia… I dunno. An’ we didn’t find out until much later how big a bunch of badass double-crossers Josh’s family was. An’ we never knew that his folks would end up being such a pain in the ass for so long.
I should probably get back on track, eh? So, New York…. Yeah, I moved. Now you know; good for you.
